  • Show Arena & Sheep Barn $500.00 per day.
    Includes use of our PA system.
    Renter supplies porta potties, garbage and grounds clean-up and manure haled to designated area.
    Certificate of insurance required.
  • Pavilion/Free Stage $100.00 per day.
    Renter supplies porta potties, garbage and grounds clean-up.
    Certificate of insurance required.
  • Harness track & Grandstand including parking $1200.00 per day.
    Renter supplies porta potties, garbage and grounds clean-up.

  • Rental of whole grounds – no buildings included $1200.00 per day.

All renters must supply a Certificate of insurance and damage deposit is required in the amount of $500.00 prior to event date.
