Indoor Storage: Drop-off is scheduled for October 25 or 26, 2025
Outdoor Storage: Drop-off anytime starting November 1, 2025 with a signed Agreement and payment. Alternate drop-off date is October 25 or 26, 2025
PICK-UP
May 2 or 3, 2026. Units not removed by May 3 will incur a $40 per day fee for each unit. After 30 days, unpaid units will be towed at owner’s expense.

General Information
- All fairgrounds storage facilities are unheated; each storage item must be winterize.
- CVFA does not provide insurance for stored items. Tenants are responsible for obtaining insurance for their stored belongings.
- Indoor storage: once an item is stored it is considered to be in dead storage.
- When storing a motorized vehicle such as a car, motor home, truck, etc. the Tenant is required to provide a complete set of keys for the vehicle to CFVA.
- No units may be stored on blocks, nor may tires be removed or radiator antifreeze be drained from the unit placed in storage. All units must be movable, and batteries may not be removed from any car, truck, or motor home. The exception is motorcycles and boats.
- Boat motors should be positioned so that there is enough clearance while moving the unit in and out of storage.
- No storage of any hazardous, flammable, toxic, explosive or illegal material or substances in or around stored vehicle(s).
- Must have a phone number and email address on file where Tenant can be reached in case of an emergency.
- CVFA reserves the right to place units where it is the most appropriate.
- CVFA recommends that you cover your vehicle.
- All stored units will be provided a tag to put on the unit. Tenant must write their name and phone number on the tag. During storage, the tag must be kept on the unit at all times.
